ENERGY STAR® qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR® qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR® energy efficiency guidelines. We are fully licensed and insured.

From my first conversation with Brad at a friend's cookout in late July to the completion of my project in early January, the whole process with Custom Builders went extremely well. I recently changed my entire heating and cooling system and added a shed dormer on the second floor. Brad talked me through all of the planning and options and then executed the plan with all of his subcontractors. Brad was very responsive to every question I had no matter what time of day.
